To process a return, please login to your account by clicking "My Account" at the top of any page on the site.
After logging in, click "Completed Orders" in the Account menu. Find the order you wish to return*, and click "Return Item(s)" to the right of it.
Fill out the return form and click "Submit Return Request." You will be notified with further details when your return has been processed.
*Please note that a return can only be processed once the order has been shipped. To check the order status, select "View Order Status" from the My Account main menu.
